Cancellation Policy for WorldClassGolf Schools
At WorldClassGolf, we strive to offer the highest quality experience for all of our students. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes require you to adjust your plans. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our programs, we have established the following cancellation policy, which applies to all bookings.
§1. Cancellation 4 Weeks or More Before the Program Start Date
For cancellations made four (4) weeks or more prior to the start of the program, participants are eligible for a 50% refund of the total tuition fee. The remaining 50% will be retained as a non-refundable deposit to cover administrative and program costs. This policy is designed to ensure that we can properly allocate resources and secure your place in the program.
§2. Cancellation 2 to 4 Weeks Before the Program Start Date
Cancellations made between two (2) and four (4) weeks before the start of the program will be eligible for a 25% refund of the total tuition fee. In these cases, 75% of the total fee will be retained to cover costs associated with your reserved spot and the impact on other potential participants.
§3. Cancellation Less Than 2 Weeks Before the Program Start Date
For cancellations made less than two (2) weeks before the program start date, no refund will be issued. This policy reflects the difficulty in filling spots on such short notice and the financial commitments we make in preparation for each program.
General Conditions
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to r.neal@golfbiodynamics.com. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of your cancellation request. Please note that failure to attend the program without prior cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all fees paid.
If, for any reason, WorldClassGolf must cancel the program, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid, or the option to transfer to a future session if preferred.
