1. Membership

By purchasing a World Class Golf Instruction membership, you agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions.

Your membership provides access to the content and services included in your selected membership plan.

2. Subscription & Automatic Renewal

Memberships are offered as recurring subscriptions.

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) unless cancelled before your next renewal date.

By completing your purchase, you authorize World Class Golf Instruction to automatically charge your selected payment method at each renewal.

3. Billing

Payment is charged in advance for each billing period.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include or exclude taxes where required by law.

If your payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process the payment again. Access to your membership may be suspended until payment is successfully received.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewals only.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

No further charges will be made after cancellation.

5. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law, membership fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided for partial billing periods or for unused membership time.

6. Membership Access

Your membership is personal and may not be shared with others.

Sharing login credentials or distributing member-only content may result in immediate suspension or termination of your membership without refund.

7. Changes to Membership

World Class Golf Instruction reserves the right to modify membership features, coaching resources, pricing, or available content.

Where required by law, members will receive reasonable notice of material changes.

8. Price Changes

Membership pricing may change in the future.

Existing members will be notified before any new pricing takes effect and will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price is charged.

9. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

10. Intellectual Property

All videos, coaching materials, images, graphics, downloads, practice plans, and educational content remain the intellectual property of World Class Golf Instruction.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, or resold without prior written permission.

11. Coaching Disclaimer

Golf instruction is educational in nature.

Individual results vary depending on practice, physical ability, commitment, and other factors.

World Class Golf Instruction does not guarantee specific golfing results or handicap improvements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Class Golf Instruction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the membership or coaching materials.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for abuse, fraudulent activity, chargeback fraud, unauthorized sharing of content, or breaches of these Terms.

14. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Membership Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the business entity operating World Class Golf Instruction.
